WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an MRI Technologist for a contract assignment at a prestigious healthcare facility in Mount Kisco, NY.

Job Function:

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.

• Ensure patient safety by screening for contraindications and properly positioning patients for scans.

• Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images while maintaining image quality standards.

• Explain procedures to patients, address concerns, and provide compassionate care throughout the exam.

• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:    

• NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License NYS.
• Injection License R.T. (R) (MR) (ARRT).
• BLS.
• 2 years of experience.
• Hospital experience is needed.
