WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced MICU Nurse for a contract assignment at a prestigious hospital in New York.

Job Function:

• Night shift.
• 3x12.

• Provide comprehensive critical care to medically complex patients in the MICU.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including hemodynamics and ventilator status.

• Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and participate in emergency interventions.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).  
• Current RN license for the state of New York.
• 2 years of acute CCU RN experience is required.  
• BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
