WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join our team supporting patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and other complex oncologic conditions. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment. You’ll work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for adult oncology patients.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 4x10: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and determine care priorities.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

• Assist physicians with patient care and therapeutic interventions.

• Administer treatments and perform therapeutic nursing procedures.

• Document all care according to professional standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years acute adult oncology experience.

• Experience with leukemia and lymphoma in an inpatient setting.

• NJ RN license or multistate compact license.

• Chemotherapy certification strongly preferred.

• BLS (AHA).
