WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  Critical Care Nurse  for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in  Jersey City, NJ.

Job Function:  

• Night Shift.
• 3x12: 7pm-7:15am.
• Evaluate and continuously  monitor  patient progress in the  ICU  
• Identify  sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately  
• Provide  timely  updates to physicians, patients, and family members  
• Initiate treatments, administer medications, and  monitor  dosing.  
• Respond to medical emergencies and activate  appropriate clinical  teams.  
• Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient’s  ICU  stay.  
• Complete all required documentation prior to patient transfer.  
• Maintain  accurate  and detailed patient records.  
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.  

Job Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of recent acute care experience related to the position.

• First‑time travelers accepted.

• AHA BLS.

• AHA ACLS.

• NIHSS.
