WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced  Labor & Delivery RN  to join a high‑performing  L&D team at a respected hospital in Neptune NJ.

Job Function:  

• Night Shift.
• 3x12: 7pm-7:30am.
• Assess and categorize patients into the  appropriate level  of care  
• Apply and interpret  external fetal monitoring, including fetal heart tracings and uterine activity  
• Implement  timely  interventions based on fetal heart rate patterns and maternal condition  
• Identify  and respond to obstetric emergencies, escalating to providers appropriately  
• Administer medications safely  in accordance with  the  Five Rights  and infection‑control standards  
• Perform pain assessments and reassess per clinical guidelines  
• Assist  physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience (LDRP or related specialty)

• Strong background in labor, postpartum, antepartum, or nursery care

• ASN required

• BSN preferred

• BLS – AHA

• NRP

• NJ RN license or multistate compact license

• Preferred Certifications: ACLS, Advanced AWHONN, EFM certification
