WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Bethpage NY.

Job Function:  

• Night Shift.
• 4x12: 7pm-7:30am.
• Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments  
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy  
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations  
• Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments.  
• Operate,  monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document electronic data.  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.  

Job Requirements:

• Active NY RN license in hand at submission (Nursys required).

• BLS – AHA.

• ACLS – AHA.
