WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse  for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Westfield, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top‑tier clinical team while advancing your career in a fast‑paced acute care  environment.  

Job Function:  

• Day Shift and Night Shift.
• 3x12.
• Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments  
• Monitor  patients for  adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy  
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations  
• Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments  
• Operate,  monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document electronic data  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care  

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent MST experience preferred

• Telemetry experience preferred (not required but strongly beneficial)

• Nursing Degree required (ADN or BSN depending on facility standards)

• Active RN license (state‑specific requirement not provided but typically MA for Baystate)

• BLS- AHA
