WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced  Labor & Delivery RN  to join a high‑performing  L&D  team at a respected hospital in Camden, NJ. The ideal  clinician is confident in fetal  monitoring,  labor management, emergency response, and supporting providers throughout the childbirth process.  

Job Function:  

• Day Shift.
• 3x12: 7pm-7am.
• Assess and categorize patients into the  appropriate  level  of care  
• Apply and interpret  external  fetal  monitoring, including fetal  heart tracings and uterine activity  
• Implement  timely  interventions based on fetal  heart rate patterns and maternal  condition  
• Identify  and respond to obstetric emergencies, escalating to providers appropriately  
• Administer medications safely  in accordance with  the  Five Rights  and infection‑control  standards  
• Perform pain assessments and reassess per clinical  guidelines  
• Assist  physicians and midwives during  labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care  

Job Requirements:

• Active NJ RN license required

• 1 year minimum L&D experience

• Must be able to circulate and scrub for C‑sections

• EPIC experience required

• Must have experience with 1:6 ratios. May be pulled to higher‑volume facilities

• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS and NRP
