Local Contract Nurse RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

WCS Healthcare is  currently seeking an experienced  NICU  Registered Nurse  for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in  West Chester, PA. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN with advanced neonatal care skills and a passion for supporting premature and critically ill newborns.  

Job Function:  

• Night Shift.
• 3x12.
• Administer medications,  monitor  vital signs, and provide essential nutrients to newborns  
• Support premature and critically ill infants whose lungs and systems are not fully developed  
• Ensure proper respiratory function and developmental progress  
• Assist  physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans  
• Maintain  accurate  and up‑to‑date patient records  
• Deliver compassionate, family‑centered care  

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years minimum Level III NICU experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)- required

• NRP Certification
• Fetal Monitoring Certification is  required  
• Excellent communication and  customer service skills
