WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Mother–Baby Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in Boston, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading healthcare system while providing exceptional postpartum care to mothers and newborns.

Job Function:  

• Rotating Shift.
• Categorizes patients accurately according to the appropriate level of care and classification guidelines.
• Identifies emergency situations promptly, applies age‑appropriate assessment, and notifies the provider as required.
• Administers medications in accordance with the Five Rights of Medication Safety, infection‑control standards, and provider orders.
• Screens all patients for pain during the initial assessment and performs reassessments according to established clinical guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing  (BSN)  

• Active RN license (state or compact)

• Strong clinical experience in an acute care setting

• Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team

• Additional certifications may be required depending on unit (facility will confirm)
