WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced  NICU  Registered Nurse  for a contract assignment at a highly respected hospital in  Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN with advanced neonatal care skills and a passion for supporting premature and critically ill newborns.  

Job Function:  

• Day Shift or Night Shift.
• 3x12.
• Administer medications,  monitor  vital signs, and provide essential nutrients to newborns  
• Support premature and critically ill infants whose lungs and systems are not fully developed  
• Ensure proper respiratory function and developmental progress  
• Assist  physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans  
• Maintain  accurate  and up‑to‑date patient records  
• Deliver compassionate, family‑centered care  

Job Requirements:

• Active NY RN license – Required (NY only)

• BLS (AHA only) – Required

• NRP (8th edition) – Required

• Minimum: 2 years NICU experience

• Telemetry experience: Required

• Epic experience: Highly desired (1 year preferred)
