WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced  Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join a respected healthcare system on a contract assignment in New York City. This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN who thrives in a fast‑paced outpatient environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Function:

• Shift: 40 hrs | 4x9 Days.
• Conduct patient intake, including health history, symptoms, and concerns for provider review.
• Identify  changes in patient condition and respond appropriately, including emergency intervention when necessary.
• Administer medications, perform blood draws, and provide vaccinations  in accordance with  clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
• Maintain  accurate  and thorough patient records.
• Stay current with  clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and new treatment protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Associate Degree in Nursing accepted with relevant experience and/or active BSN enrollment
• Active NYS RN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Oncology and infusion experience required
• Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, or Biotherapy Provider Card required
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred for travel assignments
