Local Contract Nurse RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

WCS Healthcare  is currently seeking a Neonatal Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Voorhees, NJ.  

Job Function:

• Shift & Hours: 36 hrs/ 3x12 Days 7a-7p
• Administering medications, monitoring  vital signs and providing vital nutrients to newborns.    
• Because most premature and sick newborns' lungs are not fully developed  
• Ensure that infants are breathing and maturing properly.    
• Assist  physicians in treatment plans and examinations.    
• Maintain and update records of the patient's care.    

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing  (BSN)  
• Current RN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain)  
• BLS, ACLS and PALS  certifications  from the American Heart Association  
• NRP Certification is  required  
• Fetal Monitoring Certification is  required  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills  
• 2 full  years of acute care experience in this  specialty
