Description

**Job Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days**

**Location:** Norwood, MA
**Contract Duration:** 13 weeks
**Schedule:** Monday • Friday, 40 hours/week

**Requirements:**
• Active RN License and BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience with HCHB/OASIS
• Recent experience with Oasis E (post•January 2023)
• Reside within 30 minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing

**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver quality home health care
• Complete same•day documentation using HCHB
• Manage 20•25 cases weekly
• Attend weekly in•person meetings
• Maintain flexibility for floating and scheduling
