**Job Title: Correctional Health • Registered Nurse • Nights**

**Location:** Downey, CA

**Job Description:**

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a correctional health setting to deliver critical care in a secure environment. Ideal candidates have psychiatric inpatient and correctional facility experience.

**Responsibilities:**

• Administer medications and perform blood draws
• Work every other weekend
• Maintain patient ratios per CA State Law
• Document using Cerner EMR

**Contract Details:**

• 20•week duration
• 40 hours/week, 5 x 8•hour night shifts (2200•0630)
• No on•call duties
• Max RTO: 3 days

**Qualifications:**

• Active CA RN License
• BLS, Fire Card, MAB/CPI certifications
• 2+ years psychiatric inpatient experience
• Correctional or psychiatric experience required
• Travel experience preferred

**Additional Requirements:**

• COVID vaccination and booster required
• Scrub Color: Any, Navy Blue or Black preferred
• PPE provided
