**Job Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days/Part•Time**

**Location:** Southborough, MA

**Job Description:**

Join our team as a part•time Home Health Registered Nurse, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes on a 13•week contract, with potential for extension.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high•quality nursing care and patient education.
• Collaborate on patient care plans.
• Use EMR systems; Home Care Home Base experience preferred.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

**Requirements:**

• Valid MA RN License and BLS Certification.
• 2+ years of Home Health RN experience.
• OASIS documentation experience preferred.

**Schedule:**

• 24 hours per week, day shifts.
• No on•call; flexibility to float if needed.

**Additional Information:**

• COVID•19 vaccination not required.
• Any scrub color acceptable.
