Description

**Job Title: Behavioral Health LVN/LPN • Mids**

Join our team in Big Spring, TX, as a Behavioral Health LVN/LPN, where your passion for psychiatric care can make a difference.

**Position Overview:**

• **Duration:** 26•week contract
• **Schedule:** 40 hours/week, 2 pm • 10 pm, every other weekend off
• **Shift:** Mids, 5 x 8•hour shifts

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver patient care in a psychiatric setting
• Administer medications and monitor effects
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and patients
• Adapt to various units as needed

**Qualifications:**

• Active Texas LPN/LVN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• 2+ years LVN/LPN experience, 1+ year in psychiatry
• Strong communication skills
• Compliance with HHSC requirements
• COVID•19 vaccination

**Additional Notes:**

• Initial orientation includes multiple unit assignments
• Flexibility to float between units
