Description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery to provide comprehensive care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. The RN will manage high-acuity patients while collaborating closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe maternal and fetal outcomes.
Requirements:
Active DE or Compact RN License
2+ years L&D experience
All certifications with expiration dates
Responsibilities:
Labor & induction management
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Labor, Induction of labor, Cesarean Section Delivery, External Cephalic Version, Fetal Demise and Intrauterine fetal death
Care for high-risk OB patients
Ratios: 1:1 – 1:3 (based on acuity)
Float: Yes (Antenatal, High Risk OB, OB Triage, Postpartum)
