They’re very flexible, accessible and communicate with you on a consistent basis. The benefits are good and they make the extra effort to help you with any circumstance that comes up…they compensated me very well while working during the Kaiser strike , and it was convenient to be paid to work at the hospital where I was already assigned for my assignment. They find ways to make things work for you efficiently
