TIA / Stroke patients
Trauma patients
Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EEG patients)
Neurosurgical patients:
Craniotomy
ACDF
TLIF
XLIF
Subdural Hematoma
Cardiac Telemetry patients
Required Qualifications
Active TX RN License or Compact License (in hand at submission)
Minimum 2 years of PCU/Stepdown/Neuro Tele experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
Ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips
Experience with Heparin protocols and insulin drips
Comfortable floating to similar units as needed
EPIC experience preferred
