Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry

Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a telemetry setting.
Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall clinical condition.
Assess patients and promptly identify changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
Monitor and interpret telemetry and basic cardiac rhythms.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and electronic health records.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Respond appropriately to changes in cardiac and clinical conditions, including emergency situations.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related field.
Previous experience working in a telemetry or acute-care environment.
Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking abilities.
