Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient procedural care team. The RN will support specialized procedures in a clinical setting, providing patient care before, during, and after procedures. This role requires experience in procedural nursing and the ability to work in a fluoroscopy environment while wearing lead protective equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient procedures.

Assist physicians during pain management or interventional procedures.

Prepare patients for procedures including assessments, documentation, and education.

Monitor patient status during procedures and ensure patient safety at all times.

Manage pre-procedure and post-procedure care, including recovery monitoring and discharge instructions.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with clinical standards.

Adhere to infection control, safety, and radiation protection protocols in a fluoroscopy suite.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Prior experience in procedural nursing, pain management, or interventional radiology.

Ability to work in a fluoroscopy room while wearing lead protective equipment.

Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an outpatient procedural or pain clinic setting.

Familiarity with sedation monitoring and procedural workflow.
