Description

Home Health RN need / 40 hours / Start of Care
Office Address: 8 Keynote Dr, Vernon, CT 06066
Territory: TBD
Approximate 40-mile radius or less
Exp: Needed: Home Health, HCHB, Start of Care
Schedule: M-F, 8 hour days
Weekend Rotation: There is a two weekend days a month (typically two Saturdays)-weekends tend to have a broader coverage area.
On-Call: No
Mileage Reimbursement: Federal Rate
EMR: HCHB
Productivity: Primary Care Nurse 40 hours = 28 units per week
Equipment will be issued? (laptop, tablet, etc.):Tablet or phone
Hours Guarantee: 40 hours
Orientation: 2 days in office minimum
Winter. We are working unless the Governor declares a state of emergency and closes the roads. It is the clinician discretion to take the day off and rearrange their schedule to accommodate the inclement weather.
