Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week Home Health contract assignment in Concord, CA.
The position is based near central Concord, with flexibility to cover areas in Walnut Creek, East and West. The OT will provide quality care to patients in their homes while working closely with a supportive and welcoming home office team.
Requirements
1–2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required
Home Health experience preferred
Ability to manage an active patient caseload independently
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfortable providing care in patients' homes
Familiarity with HCHB preferred
