Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active State Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of assignment in Tennessee.
• BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.
