Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Iowa Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Home health experience preferred. Candidates with prior caseloads in home health, post-acute care, or skilled nursing are preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred; Epic experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage an average 40-hour workweek and adapt to variable patient scheduling, including occasional weekends as needed (weekend coverage required per client needs).

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1600.
• Typical Schedule: 40 hrs/week; 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Weekend: As needed.
• Assignment Length: 12 weeks.
