Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Casper, WY.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Wyoming Occupational Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting (client requirement).
• Experience evaluating functional abilities and developing individualized treatment plans in an SNF setting (client requirement).
• Proficiency documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate treatment records per facility protocols (client requirement).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, SLP, and nursing staff (client requirement).

Preferred:

• Experience with hands-on therapeutic techniques and caregiver education in a long-term care environment.
