Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health
• Shift Name: Days
• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Candidate must be able to cover a 10-15 minute radius from home to home.
• PTAs see at least 6 patients per day.
