Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 2 years of acute experience or inpatient
• Must be licensed to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

• Shift Name: Days
• Weekends: Work 6 weekend days during the 13 weeks (fulfilled)
• Holidays: As needed
