Description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist serving Baltimore City and Baltimore County, MD. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a home health setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or reliable use of public transportation.
- Required: Home Health experience. Candidate must have prior experience providing occupational therapy in home health settings.
- Preferred: Experience with HCHB electronic medical record system.
- Any state or facility-specific background screening and credentialing required prior to start.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Home Health.
- Status: Full Time travel assignment covering Baltimore City and Baltimore County, MD.
- Required clinical focus: assessment and evaluation of functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home safety assessments, adaptive equipment recommendations, and coordination with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Documentation: CMS-compliant documentation and coordination with physicians and nurse leadership as part of plan of care.
- EMR: HCHB experience preferred.
