Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits in a home health setting.
• Experience providing physical therapy in home health or community-based settings preferred.
• Experience assessing functional status, mobility, and developing individualized home health treatment plans preferred.
