Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
• Either acute care or LTAC experience required. Candidates without one of these will not be considered.
• Experience with mobility devices and acute care patient populations preferred.
• EMR experience with MediTech preferred.
• Ability to manage patient lists up to 13 and work within an interdisciplinary rehab department preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Hours: 0800-2000.
• Float: Candidate will treat the west campus psych/rehab area as a float unit and may float between hospital units as needed.
• Unit Profile: Rehab department operates primarily day shift with multidisciplinary staff including PTs, OTs, and SLPs. Patient lists may reach up to 13 per therapist.
