Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Active California State SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience with dysphagia management, instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or MBS) preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads in a rehabilitation-focused environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
