Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Wisconsin SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required.
• Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication treatment, and standardized assessment tools preferred.
• Ability to complete and document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in an electronic medical record.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
• Working Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Assignment Length: 15 weeks.
