Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
• Previous experience managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work with geriatric populations and common SNF diagnoses preferred.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Assignment Length: 15 weeks.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
