Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Evaluating PT; 1 year of experience
• May need to float to other facilities as needed

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Working Days: Monday through Thursday
• Working Hours: 10 hour days
• Every 3rd weekend required
• EOH; EPIC
