Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Name: Days
• Schedule: 5 days/week, with the possibility of 4 10-hour shifts if one of those days is a weekend.
