Description

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. (Client may require AHA or ARC.)
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow therapist-directed plans of care.

- Typical hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
