Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have experience in outpatient/manual therapy.
• No new graduates.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Flexible (no weekends) 5x8s, 4x10s, 9x80s
• Caseload: 1:1 patient care, 45-minute sessions
• Productivity expectation: 50 patients/week
• Patient Mix: Post-op, neuro, pelvic; no pediatrics
• Staffing: Other PTs on staff at each clinic
• Dress Code: Business casual; jeans allowed on Fridays, no scrubs
