Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits across the service area.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop PT plans of care, and document per CMS and agency policy.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation and potential holiday availability as required by patient needs.
