Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with WellSky EMR
• Preferred: Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma

• Flexible schedule, average caseload 20-25
• Any days of the week are acceptable
