Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active Alaska State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have flu vaccinations
• Must submit 2 fingerprint cards at time of acceptance
