Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient experience or new graduates with recent outpatient clinical experience.
