Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Virginia required prior to start.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation to visit patient homes across the centralized coverage area.
• Home health clinical experience required.
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic documentation required.
• Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and document progress per state and agency timelines.
• Willingness to participate in a weekend rotation and be available on observed holidays as needed.
• Preferred: Prior supervision of PTA or home health aides, and experience in low census caseloads.
