Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or current state equivalent.
• Active Tennessee state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities required. New graduates accepted if they have SNF clinical experience.
• Experience with point-of-service documentation systems preferred; familiarity with NetHealth or similar electronic documentation systems is preferred.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations; client currently targets approximately 88% productivity.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility (136-bed; short-term, long-term, and outpatient care).
• Shift: Days.
• New graduates okay if SNF clinical experience is documented.
• Point-of-service electronic documentation will be used; clinicians should be prepared to use the facility’s documentation system.
• Clinicians may be considered for extension based on performance and documentation quality; submit resume to the recruiter to be considered for continuation.
