Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years of experience required.
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) required.
• Experience with Post-OP Orthopedics highly preferred.
