Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8-4
• Caseload: Primarily neuro patients
