Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is ideal

• 12 visits per day, with 14 scheduled and 4 evaluations
