Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire PT license required to start the assignment. Candidate must be able to obtain or hold appropriate license for any facility location assigned within the state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required by client. Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred.
• Experience with standard PT equipment and procedures, including gait training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and use of mobility assistive devices.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to float between assigned facilities within the region, including split coverage with nearby towns.
