Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2 years of experience required
• Certification in either Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification or APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Women's Health
• Competency in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence, and Pelvic Pain for Women
• Preferred experience in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence, and Pelvic Pain for Men
